Candidate will be co-located with an Army Project Office providing test planning and execution support to an Army Test Team operating at Redstone Arsenal, AL for current and future Air Defense System of Systems (SoS) testing. Candidate will be required to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office with integration and testing of components such as IBCS, Patriot, Sentinel, LTAMDS, IFPC, and future sensors and launchers into the System of Systems construct, and also integration with a network of test tools that support system testing. This position will be responsible for supporting test activities of the IBCS Army Command and Control System as it integrates with foreign components. The Test candidate must be capable of understanding the nuances of different foreign systems and be able to advise on test planning and requirements to meet the goals of each unique system or component. Candidate must be able to prioritize competing requirements for time and resources, and be able to adjudicate resource requirements based on understanding of Government customer and mission needs.
This position will be responsible for supporting test activities of Air and Missile Defense capabilities to include Range Field Testing. This position will address work associated with generation of pre-test documentation to include test plans, test requirements, test procedures, and test case matrices, as well as assisting with test planning meetings and Management Reviews. An understanding of DOD test and integration of complex defense systems, especially Command and Control systems, and the current regulations, policies, and procedures governing this testing is desired.

Candidate will support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office of the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) in coordination and execution of test planning and documentation efforts.
The candidate will support the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) development by preparing and coordinating all inputs to the TEMP. This will include reviewing current policy memos, preparing TEMP outlines and formatting, creating timelines and approval paths, sending out writing assignments, tracking and collating inputs, coordinating page by page reviews and comment adjudication, and preparing for the final signature process. Candidate will participate in other PEO organizations’ TEMP activities by providing inputs and supporting their review processes.
The candidate will support requests to update a Simplified Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP) by providing T&E information for inclusion, participating in review meetings, and coordinating and adjudicating comments from other Army organizations and OSD. The candidate will develop, in conjunction with System Engineering, baseline Developmental Evaluation Frameworks (DEF) and update as necessary for Sensor, Launcher, and Network Interfaces, creating stand-alone documents to articulate a logical test and evaluation strategy that informs decisions.

Assists the IAMD Program Logistics Director in the management and logistics support of Test Bed Assets including coordination between the IAMD Product Office for the Test Directorate, Ft. Bliss and WSMR. Assist the IAMD Logistics Lead in the management of hand receipts using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) automated property book for non-fielded property (NFP). Responsible for the inventory of IAMD program test assets including sensitive item tracking. Assists the Logistics Lead, and Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH), Sub-Hand Receipt Holders (SHRH), and IFMC Property Administrators in conducting and documenting inventories. Perform administrative adjustments, lateral transfers, loans to contractors, and turn-ins. Provide IAMD Logistics lead information on the management of component listings and shortage annexes for Major End Items (MEIs). Conduct inventories all NFP such as MEIs, test tools, and support equipment to create component listings to the appropriate level of indenture. Conducts cyclic inventories as required (e.g., 10% monthly non-sensitive items and 100% monthly inventory of sensitive items). Responsible for the movement, tracking of equipment, and supplies as required. Assists the Logistics Lead in the scheduling and the conducting of Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) of all Test Bed equipment required by equipment TMs in the before, during, and after operation checks IAW AR 750-1. Assist the Logistics Lead in the oversight in spare parts tracking (requisition; turn-ins). Provide assistance on transportation coordination and movement of test assets to various testing locations.

Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all government property and equipment with in the IAMD Program Office within the Test Directorate at WSMR. Function as Logistics Lead for IAMD, providing oversight of organizational compliance of Army logistics regulations and PEO logistics policies. Utilize the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) to maintain accountability of program assets. Provide support over annual and monthly inventories of program test assets and property. Assist Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH), Sub- Hand Receipt Holder, IFMC Property Administrators in the completion of inventories and accountability documentation. Prepare, submit, and analyze data interchange reports IAW AR 710-4. Issue and receive Major End Items (MEI)s for test events and ensure inventories are completed at the end of test events. Prepare and maintain requisitions, shipping and receiving information on all Government Furnished Property (GFP) IAW AR 725-50. Perform analysis of GFP resulting in viable recommendations on the Repair and Return Program shortages. Maintain tracking information on movement of assets requiring maintenance and supplies necessary for repairs. Lead scheduling of Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) of all Testing equipment. Provide oversight accountability of spare parts requisitions and unserviceable equipment scheduled for turn in/disposition. Provide support for transportation coordination and movement of test assets to various testing location. Ensure processes are annotated in the DPAS system to ensure accountability is always maintained.

The PO will be responsible for the Prioritization and validation of the development software for the Engagement Operations team. The position will include reviewing and understanding Systems Engineering concepts, designs and algorithms and providing guidance to the development team. The product owner will work with Program management in setting priorities for the capabilities and defects for the team for each product increment and sprint. The position will include technical briefings and advisement to leadership on status and recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.

The System Analyst will have a strong background in Python and will work as a member of the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering (System Engineering) Directorate analysis team to code scripts to assist with the verifications of system requirements in support of Army AMD missions. The position will support analysis and verification of requirements, development scripting in support of test and analysis objectives, support the Joint Analysis Team (JAT), and support the WSMR Field Office Test Team. The position will require development of deserialization of log files, scripting specific code to meet the analytical development of documentation such as verification plans, analyses, reports, and technical briefings for IFMC SE leadership. This position will also require development and modification of software tools for data parsing and analysis. This position will directly support analysis of Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) and live Range testing of current and developmental AMD systems.
