Candidate must require a background and experience as a Program Integrator. The candidate must have the ability to lead an integrated process teams in acquisition logistics, sustainment support and integration across various cross-functional areas within the organization. Must be skilled in the development of high-level briefs, and the ability to brief Product Support Managers (PSM), Program Managers, Deputy Program Managers, Program Executive Officer, General Officers and Senior Executives on relevant program outcomes and manpower requirements. Candidate must have expert experience in authoring acquisition logistics documentation across all milestones. Candidate must have the knowledge and background to develop product support arrangements (PSA), lead PSM Integrated Product Teams (PSM IPTs), Type Classifications, Materiel Release (MR), MR IPTs, Operational Sustainment Reviews and Congressional reporting requirements. Candidate must have experience in the development of acquisition documentation based on the commodity milestone and life cycle. Candidate must have experience leading Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs). Candidate should have a knowledge of contract management and processes. Candidate must have knowledge of the Army’s Organic Industrial Base (OIB) for future depot inductions of Army programs.
Candidate will be required to possess a technical understanding of each weapon system to adjudicate logistics requirements. The candidate will be required to conduct logistics analysis and must understand logistics Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements as outlined in AR 700-127 and Materiel Fielding requirements IAW AR 770-2 and Materiel Release requirements IAW AR 770-3. Applicant should have an experience in three of the six Army Adaptive Acquisition Pathways (Urgent Capability Acquisition (UCA), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) and Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) programs. Applicant should have extensive knowledge of logistics acquisition lifecycle processes and know how to apply regulatory and statutory requirements to non-traditional (non-program of record) programs. Applicant must have a strong understanding and experience of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and various Program Evaluation Groups. Applicant should also have a full understanding of the fielding process and be able to work with competing priorities. Applicant will have to interface with internal and external stakeholders to include Warfighters and senior leaders at the O-6/GS-15 level and higher. Applicant will be required to work independently and develop processes that will ensure issues are responded to expeditiously. Applicant will be required to understand the logistics interdependences with the Test Directorate, System Engineering, Quality Assurance, Army Research Laboratory, Army Staff, ASA(ALT), CASCOM, Army Capabilities Manager (ACM) and the Warfighter to ensure compliance of systems fielded. The candidate must have the ability to work special projects and other duties as assigned.

Subject Matter Expert to serve as Senior Project Engineer with extensive experience in production, quality and configuration/data management to support an Army Air and Missile Defense program currently in the development phase. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the technical program management efforts, ensuring comprehensive planning and documentation to meet established performance and production requirements as the program progresses toward initial production as well as acquisition milestone events. You will proactively identify and address trends in production and performance parameters to mitigate potential issues early in the process. As the Senior Project Engineer, you will ensure rigorous planning and analysis during the development phase, setting the program up for long-term success as it transitions to production and fielding. Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing production line validation events, supporting design reviews, and participating in production configuration audits. You will also conduct data analysis and report program results and conclusions formally and informally through technical reports, briefings, memos, and white papers. This is a System Engineer position supporting the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems. The candidate in this role will work with contractors, government civilians and system operators to develop system level concepts that provide solutions to problems that often involve multiple systems from multiple product offices. These concepts define external interfaces, outline system behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to support HW and SW engineering teams. Tasks may also include leading reviews and adjudicating comments made against the concepts.
