Position Description:

The Senior Cost Analyst will work as a member of the Army Program Office. This is a SETA support position. Position Description: 

We are currently seeking a Graphics Designer in support of an Army customer located in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate should be able to create graphics for the customer's needs. 

Duties:

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Position Description: 

Serve as an IAMD subject-matter expert supporting international defense cooperation and security assistance activities. Provide expertise on IAMD concepts, architectures, capabilities, systems, and operational considerations to support program decisions and engagements with U.S. and international stakeholders. Support executive-level briefings and engagements with senior government officials, military leaders, industry representatives, and foreign partners, communicating complex IAMD capabilities and programmatic information clearly and effectively. Support the International Programs Office in responding to foreign partner requirements, including Requests for Information (RFI), Price and Availability (P&A), Letters of Request (LOR), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), and other programmatic requirements. Analyze international partner requirements and assist in identifying appropriate IAMD capabilities, acquisition approaches, program considerations, and potential impacts. Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and other international defense cooperation activities involving IAMD capabilities. Provide technical and programmatic input to assessments of cost, schedule, performance, requirements, resources, risks, and program execution. Support program planning and integration across engineering, acquisition, testing, contracting, logistics, financial management, fielding, and sustainment activities. Monitor program and project status, milestones, schedules, actions, and dependencies; identify potential issues and coordinate appropriate follow-up. Conduct program management, technical, and business case analyses and develop recommendations for senior leadership.

Support the preparation of executive-level briefings, decision-support products, reports, and other program documentation. Participate in program reviews, working groups, meetings, boards, and other PMO forums; coordinate agendas, briefing materials, action items, and follow-up requirements. Coordinate with government and contractor personnel across multiple functional areas to facilitate timely completion of program and organizational requirements. Serve as a knowledgeable interface between technical experts, program managers, senior leadership, and international stakeholders. Support short-, mid-, and long-range planning activities related to IAMD programs and international partner requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: tactical command and control systems, tactical weapons systems, tactical sensor systems, software, hardware, requirements decomposition, or MBSE tools and languages. 
• Solid theoretical and applied knowledge of Link-16. Experience with integration of MIDS terminals via ethernet interfaces is highly desired 
• System engineering experience in support of DoD programs is highly desired, especially in an Army Air and Missile Defense program 
• Hands on experience creating models in Cameo or MagicDraw using SysML and UAF are desired. 
• Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence and SAFe©Agile experience are plus. 
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Toolset

Position Description: 

This is a Software System Engineer position supporting the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems. The candidate in this role will work with both contractors, government civilians and system operators. Tasks include developing system level features that describe MEI and CSCI behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to provide guidance for software implementation. Tasks also include leading reviews and adjudicating comments made against the features. An MBSE approach is used to document the features using an Agile workflow.
