 Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years in test planning and execution support
  • Experience with programs such as RAM Warn, AMDPCS, FAAD C2, AMDWS, and Army Air Defense Systems such as Patriot, LTAMDS, and IBCS is desired.
  • Experience with testing of fielded systems and systems under development is highly desired.
  • Qualification testing experience is desired.

Position Description:


Candidate will be co-located with an Army Project Office providing Test Planning and Execution to an Army Test Team operating at Redstone Arsenal, AL for Air Defense System of Systems (SoS) testing. Candidate will support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office of the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) in coordination and execution of test planning and documentation efforts.


The candidate will support the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) development by preparing and coordinating all inputs to the TEMP. This will include reviewing current policy memos, preparing TEMP outlines and formatting, creating timelines and approval paths, sending out writing assignments, tracking and collating inputs, coordinating page by page reviews and comment adjudication, and preparing for the final signature process. Candidate will participate in other PEO organizations’ TEMP activities by providing inputs and supporting their review processes.


The candidate will support requests to update a Simplified Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP) by providing T&E information for inclusion, participating in review meetings, and coordinating and adjudicating comments from other Army organizations and OSD. The candidate will develop, in conjunction with System Engineering, baseline Developmental Evaluation Frameworks (DEF) and update as necessary for Sensor, Launcher, and Network Interfaces, creating stand-alone documents to articulate a logical test and evaluation strategy that informs decisions.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 10+ years of successful business development and capture experience explicitly targeting DoD portfolios is preferred, but not required. 
  • Network & Reputation: A verifiable, current "rolodex" of government program managers, technical directors, and prime contractor executives within the Huntsville (or other market) defense ecosystem.


Position Description:


We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Vice President of Growth and Business Development with a deep foothold and strong network in the defense sectors. The ability to bring in new work is highly valued. This is a "Hunter" role designed for an established leader who does not require a ramp-up period. The ideal candidate would bring an active, portable network of decision-makers and a mature pipeline of opportunities on day one.


While our headquarters is in Huntsville, Alabama, this position can be executed fully remotely. Your mission is to immediately leverage capabilities and pursue Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) and/or engineering solutions and/or Product Solutions for new business. We are searching for a driven and well-connected leader who has the ability to grow the company.


Key Responsibilities & Day-One Expectations

  • Network: Immediately leverage active relationships within DoW to secure new task orders and contracts (Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force).
  • Vehicle Exploitation: Instantly monetize our existing contract vehicles (or bring ideas for others), specifically MDA SHIELD, GSA MAS, and various OTAs, by identifying and shaping immediate-turn opportunities.
  • Pipeline Injection: Bring and transition a fully vetted, mature pipeline of qualified business opportunities into our tracking system on day one.
  • Capture Execution: Take immediate ownership of active capture management, win strategy development, and proposal writing for impending RFPs and task order RFPs (TORPs).

  

Metrics for Success

  • Immediate Revenue: Contract wins or task order awards initiated within the first 60–90 days.
  • Pipeline Growth: Quick-turn qualification and submission of proposals using GSA MAS, SHIELD, or OTA pathways in Q1.
