Serves as the expert advisor and consultant to the Program Operations Director of the Integrated Fires Mission Command Project Office for the coordination and performance of operational and administrative tasks associated with proponent areas, to include program planning, prioritization, management. Defines, establishes, and directs organizational focus on complex programs. Resolves highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries. Works with senior management to establish new concepts and criteria that result in the development of new IFMC policy, methodology, and techniques.
Within the broad parameters provided, ensures that the Program Operations Director's guidance is met in the most complete, realistic, and logical manner. Working independently converts broad guidance to specific individual tasks. The incumbent is typically engaged in multiple actions simultaneously. Ensures that those principles, procedures, and processes that foster teamwork for quality mission performance and quality products and services are adhered to by the organization and that the cost for such quality is equitable and reasonable.
Manages the coordination of IFMC conferences, ceremonies, and events. Facilitates communication across the IFMC Organization. Coordinates with PEO and HQDA staff. Help maintain a working repository database of information pertaining to IFMC operations in order to support prompt analyses

The Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Operating Systems Maintenance (OSM) Product Owner (PO) will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. The OSM PO will be responsible for reviewing/understanding Systems Engineering concepts/designs/algorithms, working with Program Management to set priorities for new capabilities and defects, and providing guidance to the OSM team for each Program Increment (PI) and Sprint. The OSM PO will support the team in the development of acceptance criteria for OSM tasks and stories, as well as be responsible for the verification of work performed by the OSM team. The OSM PO will also be required to work with the Cyber team to maintain a suitable cyber posture for deployed OS products. The position will include technical briefings, demonstrations, and advisement to leadership. The PO will report on status; recommended courses of actions, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.

The Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Software Architect will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Mission Command Product Office’s Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Futures Capabilities (IFC) product cell. The IFC Architect is a key team member working on the forward edge of new concepts and new Systems of Systems Integration. The IFC Architect is responsible for evaluating and developing software approaches to integrate new and existing defense systems.

Plans, directs, coordinates, manages areas of the logistics program which encompasses the operations and activities related to logistical support provided to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Project Management Office (PMO)/Program Management Office (PMO).
Has responsibility and authority for integration of separate functions to include funding, supply, maintenance, procurement, provisioning, transportation/transportability, new equipment training and fielding of assigned systems and/or equipment for the logistics management program throughout the entire lifecycle of assigned systems.

Plans, directs, coordinates, manages areas of the logistics program which encompasses the operations and activities related to logistical support provided to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Project Management Office (PMO)/Program Management Office (PMO).
Develop and manage acquisition logistics documentation. Coordinate IPTs with schedules, progress, adjudicate comments with stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive weapon system Product Support Strategy (PSS). Review of acquisition documentation – LCSP, Acquisition Strategies, Systems Engineering Plans, milestone. Review contractor proposals focusing on potential product support impacts. Recognize issues, propose/develop corrective action plans. Provide briefings and written reports. Provide input and update LCSP and appendices for ACAT II or III programs.
