Position Description:

Candidate will work as a contract support analyst to a US Army government project office. This position will involve assisting in the development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP), assisting senior management with contracting strategy development and working with the customer through numerous contracting activities in parallel in a dynamic environment.

Position Description:

This position will support a government Army Project Office team in the maintenance, accountability, emplacement/displacement (setup/teardown) and movement of the major end items (MEIs) of equipment. The candidate must be qualified to drive wheeled vehicles with towed equipment. The candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work in fast-paced, team-oriented working groups responding to the logistics domains of maintenance, technical manuals, training, system testing and fielding, and Human System Integration (HSI). The candidate will support equipment transportability testing by assisting the certification coordinator in processing and tracking of MEI and ancillary equipment with Government Bills of Lading (GBL) and small package shipments. The candidate will provide HSI and technical data package (TDP) input for command, control, and communications systems.  The candidate will assist in training personnel on March Order and Emplacement procedures for an command, control and communication systems to include but not limited to system wiring, power and environmental control configuration constructs, and antenna assemblies. The candidate will assist with MEI inventories, TDP reviews, preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS), repair part identification, and logistics product documentation reviews. The candidate must be able to support travel activities for field missions, and work in outdoor and sometimes harsh environments for extended periods of time. The candidate must be willing to work overtime as required with little warning in order to ensure mission success.

Position Description:

This is a Software System Engineer position supporting the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems. The candidate in this role will work with both contractors, government civilians and system operators. 

Tasks include developing system level features that describe MEI and CSCI behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to provide guidance for software implementation. Tasks also include leading reviews and adjudicating comments made against the features. An MBSE approach is used to document the features using an Agile workflow.

Position Description:

The candidate will serve as a Senior Data Analyst and Power App Developer for a government project office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, with focus on Mission Command systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations, business management analysts, and other directorates to build data analytics outputs and knowledge management components for an Army Project Office.
• Use a variety of platforms, tools, and financial management systems to create a data analytics environment, using Power BI, for use across all levels of the Project Office.
• Responsible for the end-to-end process of gathering initial requirements, data source capture, and data modeling to develop Power BI Reports with advanced data visualizations.
• Administrate, maintain, and sustain the Power BI-based environment hosted by the Army. 
• Analyze existing business processes, information workflow, data storage, and control procedures to identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and process improvement
• Create Power Apps to optimize staffing and other internal operational processes within the Project Office, as well as creating SharePoint interfacing and automation solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining custom SharePoint forms, lists, workflows, repositories, and web parts

The PO will be responsible for the prioritization and validation of the development software for a Force Operations (FO) Software (SW) development team. The position will include reviewing/understanding Systems Engineering concepts/designs/algorithms and providing guidance to the development team. The PO will support the team in the development of acceptance criteria for software updates and be responsible for their verification. The product owner will work with Program management in setting priorities for the capabilities and defects of the team for each product increment and sprint.  The position will include technical briefings, demonstrations, and advisement to leadership. The product owner will report on status; recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.

Position Description:

2. Coordinate with Project Office leadership daily regarding office priorities to meet programmatic requirements

Position Description:

The Cost Analyst will work as a member of the SHIELD Program Office. This is a SETA support position. Candidate will receive and maintain cognizance of approved funds; be responsible for day-to-day budget management and administration. Candidate will assist the organization with programming, analysis, and control of funds; evaluate program funding plans and their execution, identify actual or potential problem areas. Candidate should have some experience in analyzing and assessing financial data processes, including documentation requirements, costing, and program scheduling. Candidates should have ACEIT experience.
