The Atlassian Product SME supports the Air and Missile Defense Mission Command [Software] Product Office Army Project Office (AMD-MC PO) in the application of the Atlassian Products, predominantly Jira and Confluence, in a tailored SAFe agile software development environment. The Atlassian Product SME drives innovation to provide efficiencies in the team(s) processes. This requires creating custom Jira projects with complex workflows and permission schemas. The SME researches, selects, recommends, and applies appropriate third-party plug-in’s as required. The SME determines the organization’s best practices for automating the generation of products and out of Jira/Confluence for Roadmaps, collection of program metrics, and other presentation data. The SME will provide training on Atlassian products as well as tailored process and SOP’s germane to the organization.

The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Capability Integrator will work as a member of the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering (SE) Directorate contractor team to provide support for the Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) missions FMS system development. The IFMC PO is working with foreign militaries in developing FMS versions of tactical and non-tactical hardware and software systems. The Capability Integrator will assist the IFMC PO with setup, upgrading, debugging, and operating integrated hardware in the loop (HWIL) facilities. The candidate will use, develop, or refine tools for system operation and monitoring, data processing, and analysis. The candidate will support system engineering for future tactical and non-tactical FMS system development. The position requires working with existing IFMC teams, as well as developing future FMS team capabilities. The majority of work will be performed in an integration lab, but testing in a live range environment is possible. The candidate will provide hand’s-on technical skills to enable development of complex system-of-systems testing and data review in all environments.

The System of Systems (SoS) Architect will work as a member of the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering (SE) Directorate contractor team to provide system engineering and system architecture expertise and oversight for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system development in support of Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) missions. The IFMC PO is working with foreign militaries in developing FMS versions of tactical and non-tactical hardware and software systems. System architecting is required to ensure mission success. The position requires working with existing IFMC teams, as well as developing future FMS team capabilities. The candidate will provide senior-level guidance regarding architectures, hardware engineering, integrated system testing, and system requirements, with an emphasis on hardware in the loop (HWIL) testing. The position requires development of briefings and documentation such as test plans, test network architectures, analysis of alternatives, reports, and technical briefings for IFMC SE leadership and foreign partners. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work across a diverse team of government personnel, prime contractors, sub-contractors, and foreign partners. Technical acumen in AMD systems and concepts is required.

The System Integrator will support the Air and Missile Defense Mission Command [Software] Product Office Army Project Office (AMD-MC PO) by providing system integration support to various System Integration labs and at White Sands Missile Range, NM (WSMR) for current and future Air Defense Systems of Systems (SoS) events. Candidate will be required to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office with integration of current and future components such as Patriot, Sentinel A4, RIG 360, LTAMDS, IFPC, and future sensors and launchers into the SoS construct along with the integration of test tools and the associated networks that support system testing. Candidate must be able to prioritize competing requirements for time and resources and be able to adjudicate resource requirements based on understanding of Government customer and mission needs.
