The candidate will support the Army Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office by providing coordination of activities for the IJAC classified analysis lab at White Sands Missile Range, NM (WSMR). Responsibilities include systems administration and security for a team of Army Air Defense systems analysts. The candidate will capture user IT requirements, provide user support, and oversee data processing and distribution for current and future components, including Patriot, Sentinel, LTAMDS, IFPC, and upcoming sensors and launchers integrated into the Integrated Fires System of Systems.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be available to work a flexible schedule during test execution/data analysis periods. Candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and work well within a team structure in order to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from numerous DoD agencies.

PEOAVN Acquisition Logistics team member responsible for assisting with the review, editing and staffing of all programmatic documentation thru the PEOAVN G-4 office. Specializes in Acquisition Logistics Documentation. Supports PEOAVN DPEO and COS special projects efforts to include 0346 personnel development efforts, and lines of work efforts within the PEO Headquarters and PM offices. Key areas of responsibility and support provided; documentation reviews, Operational Readiness reviews, Materiel Release tracking, ILA tracking and coordination, Transition to Sustainment documentation development and staffing support. Career fielding 0346 development support efforts. Leverages DCPDS, Power BI , sharepoint to planning, coordinate, and execute support to the acquisition logistics team, APEO for Logistics, DPEO and COS.

Must be proficient in the following duties and responsibilities as relates to a United States Army Acquisition Project Office: Writes and edits technical documents including all manner of Life Cycle Acquisition Documentation, technical reports, reference manuals, training manuals, and correspondence; writes and edits procedural documentation such as user guides and weapon system manuals and publications; assists in determining the type of publication or correspondence that will best serve the project requirements; meets with Project/Product Managers, Program Integrators, Engineers, Logisticians, Program Analysts, Financial Analysts, Cost Analysts, Contract Analysts, and other Acquisition personnel to learn about specific products or procedures; conducts research and assesses the audience needs to fully understand the subject matter for which a document or publication is required or intended; plans writing and review processes and sets timelines and deadlines; creates or works with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding the product, process, or subject matter being depicted; gathers feedback from customers to improve the publications and documents being produced; and plans and executes the Public Release process for the supported Project Office. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent writing and grammatical skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must be proficient in the use of automated tools, to include MS Office suite of products, SharePoint, and be capable of learning the use of other Management Information Systems, as applicable. Ensures that all SHIELD documents reflect the professionalism of SHIELD and comply with DoD, U.S. Army, PEO, and SHIELD standards for correspondence and Public Release.
